How money works
Club Engine records what your room already does with cash, chips, and tips. It does not hold player funds.
Administrative ledgers
Session bags, wallets, tips, and tournament prize pools are operator books — append-only journal lines your staff can explain at close. Balances are room records, not bank deposits.
What Club Engine is not
- Not a bank or money transmitter
- Not a payment processor for player deposits or withdrawals
- Not a substitute for your cash handling, chip tray, or local compliance
Tournaments vs free clock
The free tournament clock is local-only (soft 2h / browser / day). Live seating, buy-ins, TV display tokens, and prize ledgers run inside a Club Engine room on Standard or Pro — not on Basic trial.
